Microhabitat apartment from Sweden





Swedish development company Rosendal Properties from Uppsala laid the second construction project in the concept of "microgranule" housing. The first such project called Smaragden (Emerald) of the 115 individual micro flat ranging from 25 to 40 meters were sold in one day. Its construction comes to an end.





A new house called the Inspiration Rosendal will be larger: it will have 344 apartments approximately the same characteristics. Its target audience – young families, young graduates of Uppsala University, who live and work in the area of Uppsala-Arlanda-Stockholm, but I can't yet afford more expensive housing.





Inspiration Rosendal will be built near the "Emerald". It will be a 6-storey building, a few floors with ceiling heights up to 4 meters. The location and layout of individual apartments develops by Danish architecture firm Christensen&Co. Already announced that the building will be equipped with all eco-sustainable "features", like heat recovery located on the first floor of the refrigerators of the grocery store, the use for technical purposes, rain water, and Bicycle infrastructure.
