Buckwheat pancakes





A healthy lifestyle is not a reason to refuse its joys. For example, from pancakes to Shrove Tuesday. Just the pancakes need to cook a diet — for example, buckwheat.

Ingredients:

  • Buckwheat flour 150 g
  • Trubnaya flour 100 g
  • Sugar 1 tbsp.
  • Eggs 2 PCs.
  • The 500 ml milk (1,5% fat)
  • Olive oil 70 g
  • Salt 1 tsp.
Preparation:

In a bowl, sift together buckwheat and trubnoy flour, sugar, salt. Add eggs and 2-3 tablespoons of milk. Thoroughly combine. Pour the milk in small portions 1-2 tablespoons — this will avoid lumps. Again all whisk. Add the oil. Stir until smooth. The dough will be quite liquid at first, but after 25-30 minutes it will thicken — give it a brew.
