Prepare flavored vinegar in two ways: cold and hot.
Cold: the selected ingredients are placed in a container that closes tightly, pour vinegar and 3 weeks put in a dark place.
Hot method: the mixture was placed in a tightly closed container (usually a bottle). The vinegar bring to the boil and immediately pour them selected ingredients. Then the bottles are tightly closed and placed 2 weeks in a dark place.
Have vinegar, prepared in the cold way, the taste is not so pronounced, like vinegar, cooked hot method.
Important: whichever method of cooking you choose, remember: if you add in vinegar a little sugar or honey will get a more balanced taste. published
