San Zhi - a "City of Lost Souls"

San Zhi - one of the most mysterious places in Taiwan. The construction of this ultra-modern resort town began in the early '80s. He was supposed to become the pearl of the country, a haven for the rich and wealthy Taiwanese tourists. But, according to the superstitious belief of the people of Taiwan, San Zhi has become a haven for a "lost souls."
