By 2030, India will overtake China in terms of population

Currently, India - the second most populous country in the world. It has a population of 1, 21 billion people - 17% of the population. More 60 years ago, when India gained independence and went from the custody of the United Kingdom, there lived only 350 million people.

For 60 years, the number of Indian citizens has increased almost threefold. It is predicted that after a couple of decades, India will overtake China this indicator, which, in turn, is making every effort to reduce the birth rate. The reason for this rapid population growth is the increasing poverty and low level of health care, including contraception. People almost do not know anything about contraception and birth control, with it's not just those who are below the poverty line, but also middle-class people.

Of course, the Indian government aims to reduce the population growth rate of 1, 6%, but this requires an efficient and well-planned strategy. While such a strategy is not the Indians.
