Ingredients:
5 potatoes; cilantro and dill (to taste); 5-6 cherry tomatoes; For the sauce :
1/2 Art. cashews; 2 tbsp. l. mustard; a pinch of chili; 2 tooth. garlic; 60 ml freshly squeezed lemon juice; 50 ml of water. Prepare the sauce: Mix cashew nuts, mustard, chili, garlic, lemon juice and water until smooth. Add the sauce to the salad and mix well.
4. Salad of beans
Ingredients:
Canned white beans; any vegetables; any greens; dried tomatoes; 2 tbsp. l. balsamic vinegar; salt and pepper (to taste).
5. Zucchini with goat cheese
Ingredients: 2 zucchini; a little chopped onion; 2 tbsp. l. olive oil; 1 tbsp. l. vinegar; salt and pepper (to taste); 20 g basil; pine nuts (to taste); goat cheese (to taste).
6. "Achik-chuchuk»
Ingredients:
600 g tomatoes; 40 g onions; 10g purple basil; 50 g coriander; < 7 g chilli; salt (to taste).
