IBM and Toshiba are working on a system for monitoring the condition of the driver

This will create a cloud system that would monitor the various routes of vehicles, analyzing the condition of the driver in almost real time. The "cloud" will be sent to coordinate the movement of vehicles, as well as recording with DVRs.

If the control of all more or less clear, the issue of monitoring the condition of the driver - is the question. According to the plan, the project will be issued special bracelets akin fitness gadgets that are now very popular among users. These bracelets will collect information on some of the parameters of the human body and transmit data at the same cloud.

Further data sets are processed using key technologies IBM. A special system will handle all the data, followed by the structuring and analysis. Monitoring will be conducted for drivers of different transport companies, which will conclude a cooperation agreement. Most likely, the partnership will also be offered to insurance companies that have already expressed a desire to try out the new system in operation.



The system will determine the most dangerous sections of the route, carrying out continuous analysis of data on the status of drivers. If some areas are considered the most dangerous, the route of the vehicle is changed. In addition, if the system notices that the driver wants to sleep immediately be provided with appropriate advice on how to select the rest.

Already this year, the corresponding system will be tested in Europe and then, if the tests show the good, the system open to all.
