Erriadh Djerba

More than half a hundred masters of street art last summer visited the Tunisian island of Djerba, also known as the "Island of Dreams" where Erriadh village turned into a veritable museum of street art in the open air.





The action was supported by the project «Djerbahood» and «Galerie Itinerrance». In total, more than 150 gathered here by artists from 30 countries. Walls, windows, doors, gates and other flat surfaces were decorated with a variety of themed designs. A substantial part of the work is the result of inspiration historical heritage Erriadh. This settlement is considered one of the oldest among the currently existing on the territory of modern Tunisia.
