Temporary association of architects «IV Department» has developed a unique concept of the house, which is more than relevant for the Brazilian metropolis of São Paulo, due to its ever increasing population density.





The project was named «AIR-madalena» and may even in the future be subject to serial construction. Collaboration «IV Department» consists of four professionals parties: Bueno Carolina (Carolina Bueno), Gregory Bousquet (Gregory Bousquet), Guillaume Cibo (Guillaume Sibaud) and Olivier Raffaelli (Olivier Raffaelli). The construction of the «AIR-madalena» is exactly 24 months. The nearest metro station just a few hundred meters. Six luxury apartments with a total area of ​​100 to 140 square meters to meet the needs of any, even the most demanding tenant. In addition to panoramic views, I would like to mention another and luxury terrace.
