Last weekend in a resort hotel "Sosnovka" under Berd was the fourth Tattoo Festival - it was attended by hundreds of painted people and craftsmen from all over Russia. For the first time they have chosen from their ranks the most beautiful girl, "Miss TatuFest" was blond philologist with Darth Vader on his shoulder.
