Bunker of the former Yugoslav dictator Josip Broz Tito, located at a depth of 250 meters under a mountain of Velebit, near the Croatian town of Paklenica, reconstructed into an art gallery.
Able to withstand a nuclear attack the bunker was built in 1949, after Tito's break with Stalin. Marshal Tito died in 1980, but before the separation of Croatia from Yugoslavia in 1991, knew of the existence of Bunker unit.





Now, the Croatian authorities have drawn more than 700 thousand dollars of investment to convert a huge bunker for peaceful purposes - exhibitions, concerts and the like.
