Based on the material provided to the court that the 19.10.2010 was drawn up about the administrative offense with respect to Dmitry Vladimirovich Maltsev, according to which he expressed swearing to the people, did not respond to the comments and this violated the public order.
His deliberate acts c. Maltsev DV committed an administrative offense under Article 173 KUpAP. His guilt to the crime offense confirmed by the materials of the administrative case and his testimony given at the hearing.
Given note that Maltsev DV nowhere does not work and the means to pay the fine does not have, and given details about the person of the offender, it should be priznacheno sentence of administrative arrest.
Guided by Art. 173 of the Code of Ukraine on administrative offenses, the judge

Recognize Maltsev Dmitry Vladimirovich, born 09.12.1991 sodeyanom guilty of an offense under Art. 173 KUpAP vzіskanie and put it in the form of administrative arrest for a term of fifteen (15) days.
Term sentence read from 19.00 October 18, 2010
The judgment may be appealed to the Court of Appeal Zaporozhye for 10 days from the date of sentencing.
