Luxury Roadster Mitsuoka Himiko

The new model is based on the two-door sports car with an open top Mazda MX-5, known in Japan as the Mazda Roadster. Experts from the company Mitsuoka not only created a completely new body, but also redesigned the chassis of the car, increasing the wheelbase by 700 mm.



The model is equipped with 2, 0-liter petrol engine of Mazda Series «LF-VE», whose power is either 170 hp or 162 hp and torque is 189 Nm. 162-horsepower roadster modification aggregated 6-step "automatic", and for a more powerful version of the model is a 6-speed manual transmission. Mitsuoka Himiko three trim levels: Standard, Premium and Hi Premium. Car cost ranges from 4.95 million yen ($ 53,265) to 5.65 million yen ($ 60,798). Mitsuoka plans to assemble 35 of these machines a year, and the target audience of this roadster - wealthy people age 50 years.
