The robotic arm Assistant
Image + description
Spot Industries Company presented an interesting device - a full-size robotic arm called Handy. It is reported that the first production samples of hand-Assistant will appear in the next two years, and they are designed to be placed on any flat surface. In the future it is planned to release very different variations on the theme Handy, which will be equipped with robotic legs or wheels - so the hand will be mobile and able to move around the home or office.
It is assumed that the hand Handy will weigh no more than 7kg and managed on the basis of fuzzy logic-that is, they will remember the preference of the owner and adapt according to his needs. Produce hand assembled from polymers suitable for reuse.
In general, if the project will be developed, Handy descendants will become a "third hand" of each person, taking care of the execution of a number of routine daily activities - such as washing the dishes or, say, driving nails. And it is possible to drink when bored, probably ...
