In the Polish city of Bielsko-Biala, a new tourist attraction. In the center of the city installed the first in Poland monument dog Rex from the popular cartoon, filmed at the studio of animated films in Bielsko-Biała.
Sculpture weighing 120 kilograms and a height of 90 centimeters installed in the park by the river Biala. In the future we plan to cast sculptures and other cartoon characters.
Dog Rex, as well as Bennie and Lennie, is one of the most popular cartoon characters. The first series - "Rex polyglot" - was released in 1967 and was fascinated not only young viewers. Author Tales - Lehoslav Marszalek, who collaborated with the employees of the studio: animators, sound engineers, the composer, the operator and others. By 1985, it was filmed 65 episodes.
