It is a word Revoluce devoted to the "velvet revolution", the symbol of which is the key - they rang the students in demonstrations against the communist regime.

On the opening day the sculpture was entered in the Czech Book of Records - to create a 6-meter-high statue across the country have been collected 85,000 keys. The monument will stand in Prague a few months, and then it will be transported on the Czech and Moravian towns.

According to the author of the monument, Jiri David, the letter R represents a revolution devouring itself, is located below the E - exactly the same as in the inscription on the Czechoslovak toilet paper, V - is wool, and bottom E must be associated with a torn party ticket.
