There is a widespread view that there is no point to go to St. Petersburg in the winter: the bridges are not bred, fountains of Peterhof extinguished, the days are short, but with unfriendly Neva blows biting wind - Know yourself to while away the time in museums. It is difficult to argue, but still winter and the city is a lot of fans. Deserted alley in enchanted with fluffy white coral trees, powdered sculptures of the Summer Garden, white caps on the familiar domes, sparkling in the sun crystals - all this transforms the familiar look of the city beyond recognition. And how handsome Petersburg during an evening snowfall when fluffy snowflakes slowly circling under the light of lanterns - "if not falling flakes, and patched cloak coming down the sky!" In winter Petersburg charms - the one who is able to see it all.
