The State Duma declared an outlaw DVRs

MPs adopted amendments, which, in fact, prohibit the use of any device attached to the windshield. Formally fall under the ban and DVRs, which number in Russia reached 1 million units.

November 23, 2012 the State Duma adopted amendments to Article 12.5 h. 02.03 of the Administrative Code, which actually fall under the ban of the device attached to the windshield - GPS-navigators and DVRs.

The new version of the article is as follows: "3.2. Driving a vehicle on the windshield and front side windows which provide for additional items or reusable cover limiting visibility from the driver's seat - punishable by an administrative fine of five hundred rubles with confiscation of the subject of an administrative offense. " These amendments do not have any clarifications about the devices, such as GPS-navigators and DVRs, and therefore, according to the law will not be able to use them.

Art. 12.5 h. 02.03 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation in 2013 will be presented in the new edition.
