It is in service in 45 countries and took part in all military conflicts that have occurred since its creation in the 1940s.

Although its design has not changed significantly, many countries, to meet their needs, made their corrections. This article presents the most popular options, as well as less well-known.

1. Chinese AK-47S. Semi-automatic version, milled receiver Type 56 chambered 7, 62x39mm. This is an exact copy of the Russian AK-47 type 3 ever produced in China. Production Type 56 was established with the help of machinery and technical support provided by the Soviet side.
