Frigate with guided missiles (URO) "Adelaide" was built at the shipyard Todd Pacific Shipyards in Seattle, Washington, July 29, 1977, launched on 21 June 1978, and adopted in the Royal Australian Navy 15 November 1980 year. Due to the reduction in defense spending withdrawn from service in 2008.
