Studio Arquitectura en Estudio and architect Natalia Heredia presented a joint project of Casa 3 at Colinas de Payandé. The mansion is located in the small town of Villeta a hundred kilometers north of the capital of Colombia. The picturesque landscape, beautiful vegetation and a warm climate were the main criteria and the inspiration to create an open and stylish living space.






Living room, kitchen and dining room occupy the central part of the residence and offer access to the terrace with swimming pool and relaxation area in the backyard, which merges with the surrounding nature. Bedroom unit with four rooms and bathrooms prudently placed in a separate wing. The simple architecture of the house in an interesting way beaten by a detail of the interior, which makes the house extremely cozy and warm-hearted.
