In Kiev, continue heating season

Kyiv city state administration intends to extend the heating season due to the fact that the average daily air temperature is less than 8 degrees.
This was stated by Director of the Department of housing and communal infrastructure Kyiv city state administration Dmitry Novitsky.
"We have not decided yet, as will be documented done, but in any case the heating season will be extended for one simple reason: to complete the heating season, the average daily temperature should be at least 8 degrees," - said Novitsky.
He noted that, based on the weather forecasts, April 14, mean daily temperature reaches 8 degrees Celsius, so the heating season should be extended.
