Here it is the art of the 21st century. We all remember the Belgian Manneken Pis and the girl wrote. But a statue of a dog to defecate, hardly anyone saw. Especially if the dog 9 meters in height.

Sculpture of a black Labrador with a plain name «Bad Dog» («Bad dog") installed near the Museum of Art Orange County Museum of Art (OCMA) in Newport Beach, California. Creator giant sculptures made by 74-year-old American artist Richard Jackson (Richard Jackson) as part of its retrospective exhibition titled "Is not Painting A Pain" («Is not painting pain").

Naughty Puppy, leaving a mark on the building of the museum, made of fiberglass and composite materials. He was going from 52 separate pieces. For greater certainty as to the authenticity of the dog, Jackson used the yellow paint on the walls of the building. The artist himself says that he had no intention to offend or shock the audience, it seeks to broaden the scope of his art and bring it into daily life.
The visitors liked this idea. They agree that contemporary art does not lack humor. A sculpture "Bad dog" Jackson reiterated the fact that art does not need to put on a pedestal.

Exhibition at the Orange County Museum of Art will last up to 5 May 2013. Until that time, the giant dog will attract the attention of visitors. So you still have a chance to see with my own eyes another wrote sculpture.
