Forest fire in southern Brazil

about 560 hectares of protected land Taim Ecological Station in the southern state of Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil, were simply devoured by a forest fire, which started on Tuesday. Cause of the accident has not yet been ustanovleny.
Local environmentalists believe that there is a risk of further spread of fire due to low water availability. Taim is home to a number of wild animals - mainly turtles and birds.
