1 pineapple, cut into rings of width 1, 2-1, 5 cm (cut tserdtsevinu)
flour - ¾ cup
Baking powder - ½ tsp
Soda - ¼ teaspoon
Pinch of salt
Vanillin - ½ teaspoon
Milk - 1 cup
Heat a frying pan over medium heat. Mix all ingredients for the dough until smooth. Dip each pineapple rings in batter and fry it on both sides in butter in a frying pan.
Serve warm with honey and pineapple.
