Kite Festival in Bristol (Bristol International Kite Festival)
In the British Bristol was the anniversary, 25 th in a row kite festival, in which representatives of Kuwait, three attempts have not set a world record. They took to the skies of the largest kite in history.
The record must belong to the family of Al-Farsi, which has already put these records, including at the festival. This year they provided the public with an enlarged copy of the largest slope in nature - manta rays, giant sea, or the devil, as it is called. Kite size 55h40 meters and with a tail in the first 79 meters could not climb into the sky and then was torn by the wind. It was a Saturday. However, by Sunday holes were patched, and the serpent is still able to fly, but the organizers felt the wind is too gusty and rejected the idea of setting the record.
