The proximity of the island of Taiwan to mainland China makes it vulnerable in terms of the purity of the atmosphere. Belgian French developed the concept of a skyscraper, which will be self-sufficient in matters of electricity and heat. All the necessary electricity will be generated by the accumulation of solar energy and wind energy.
