Why you should not take out garbage in the evening and what are the consequences

I was taught from childhood that you can’t take out garbage at night. The reasons why it is forbidden to do this, no one said. To be honest, they didn't bother me much. Since I was afraid of the dark and the dumpster was quite far away, it never occurred to me to argue. Our neighbors also adhered to this rule. Women who were spotted near the dump at a later time were considered almost witches.



I asked my grandmother why you can’t take out the trash at night. And in response, I heard the “exhaustive” answer, which has long been done. What is it? When is it started? Why? I don't understand! It is possible that the ban originated in ancient times. Nobody controlled the wolf population, so there were a lot of them.

After sunset, the predators went hunting. In search of easy prey, they sometimes visited the village. In order not to become a dinner for a large beast, people tried not to pour sludge in the dark. Don’t leave the walls of the house at night.

Over time, the habit of not taking out garbage in the evening began to justify more original arguments associated with mysticism and magical rituals. Our pagan past has made itself felt, and the harmless restriction has turned into an ancient belief, which is observed by many modern housewives. There are several reasons for this.



If you dispose of garbage after sunset, quarrels will begin in the house. Indeed, family members can quarrel. Even if we discard the mystical component of the popular omen, the reason for the quarrel may be the question of why it is impossible to do this.

If you throw waste at dusk, you can involuntarily let in or bring some evil spirits into the house. People believe that with the onset of night, dark forces are activated. They are not afraid of a group of people, because they show interest only in lonely passers-by. Since scraps are usually delivered to the container alone, it is advised to wait with this procedure until the morning.



If you get rid of junk after sunset, you can lose happiness and prosperity. Old things are imbued with the energy of the people they belong to. Throwing the old out of the house in the evening, you can throw out the positive energy that ensured harmony and tranquility in the family. It is also real in the dark to shake out a valuable thing in a landfill along with waste.

Witches (sorcerers) perform magic rituals and bring damage to people at will or on order. Black magic is sometimes tried by narrow-minded envious people who know nothing about witchcraft. For rituals often use elements of clothing, nails and hair that belonged to the person who is planning to harm.



The easiest way to acquire components for the ritual is to find these objects among the garbage. Sending a package for recycling, a person in the dark may not notice a detractor who is watching him nearby and waiting for a convenient moment to dig into someone else’s waste.

Do not forget that the tanks with scraps often gather homeless, rats, stray cats and stray dogs. Day or morning they are easy to see and bypass the long way, and later the chance to become the object of aggression or the victim of attack by feral animals increases significantly. If you do not want to take injections from rabies or another infection, do not take risks, that is, do not go to the trash at a later time.



Theoretically, it's okay to take out the trash at night, but I wouldn't do that if I were you. Prejudice and superstition may work here, but it is better to get rid of the rubbish at dawn. So that the house does not smell of waste, tie the bag tightly and put it until the morning on the balcony or veranda.
