And you can wait until the sprouts become even larger (just do not forget to water them a little) and in a couple of days turn into microgreens - a storehouse of vitamins that even beginners can freely use.




Our advice to you.: do not heat the sprouted grains, eat them fresh and raw, just not so much, you can start with a teaspoon. The timing of this meal is again very important. It is best to eat them, the body has already recovered from morning weakness, he is in the midst of daily work.
