Buildings should be modern, easy to use ready-made factory units. The architects of the firm KOKO architects won. A new group of buildings with an area of 350 square meters consists of a main space, bedrooms, toilet with storage room and a sauna. Water and electricity are absent, and the heating is by wood. The building also has two gas stoves in the kitchen and a solar panel that provides lighting. The facade is covered with zinc panels that can withstand the wind and snow and requires no maintenance for many decades. The interior uses a lot of wood to create a warm and friendly atmosphere. All buildings have glass wall with panoramic views of the surrounding picturesque landscape. The main building has a kitchen, a living room and a place to sleep, and can accommodate 30 to 35 people. And small houses are placed in five tourists.
