The largest developer of Cyprus Leptos Group started the construction of eco-city Neapolis Smart EcoCity. The project is a multifunctional urban complex on the area of H110 wow Paphos.


Among the characteristics of the unique complex — intelligent engineering the network system of conservation of water, energy and waste management; smart meters in every room; intelligent search system that is available in all accommodations and public areas via a single LAN; the software of life at the expense of own resources, and sustainability: 25% of electricity will be generated at the expense of inexhaustible resources-geothermal and solar energy.


In Neapolis Smart EcoCity will be opened a Center of research and development, English-speaking private University University Campus, hypermarket and international business center, shopping center Mall Neapolis, Neapolis Office Park offices, Park Aphrodite Cultural Partk, Neapolis Executive Suites and Neapolis Power Center. The project cost is more than 2.5 billion euros. The construction period is 13 years. Neapolis Smart EcoCity will be the first in Europe intelligent eco-city that will combine eco-friendly lifestyle with science, health, education, business activity and leisure.
