The concept of environmentally friendly aircraft
No matter who you ask, people rightly it appears that the aircraft is very fast, powerful and, accordingly, require a large amount of energy. The most productive, but also quite polluting, source of energy is traditional jet fuel – kerosene.
Therefore, it is difficult to imagine that the air vehicle and sustainability were compatible. However, this is possible. With the concept of futuristic aircraft by designer Daphnis Fournier (Daphnis Fournier).
The essence of this concept is that the aircraft spends far less energy during their journey than its counterparts. It is equipped with photovoltaic elements mounted on the entire surface of the huge sweeping roof, located in a separate block on the fuselage of the aircraft. That is, the aircraft relies heavily on solar energy.
In order to minimize energy loss, this plane is filled with air. The takeoff is the most energy-intensive, however, when the aircraft takes off due to the fact that it is already filled with air, it does not need to consume additional amounts of energy or fuel.
At the moment it is certainly a beautiful and interesting concept. However, no exact figures and calculations by the author was not given, in this connection, yet this project seems to be credible and effective. It is rather more like a design project the appearance of the aircraft and the theoretical idea about the possible solution of the problem, but no more.
