He who never in his life had not been in the Laspi Bay — never seen the cleanest sea in the Crimean shore! Bay Laspi can be found on the southern coast of the Crimea, about 30 km from the city of Sevastopol, and 40 km from the glorious beach. The Bay is 12 kilometres between Cape Sarich and Aya.
From the Western and Northern streams of the wind Balaclava protects the mountain Kush-Kaya, and the Eastern mountain range Kalinich-Kai and mount Elijah (or Atanas). Here, a well began to grow in the wild, some kinds of subtropical flora. On this site a long-long time ago there was a village, and in the middle Ages in Laspi lived a city that affirms found in this area traces of walls, outbuildings and temple complexes.
Because of the extraordinary purity and reflectivity of the water in the Bay Laspi, here was built a special mussel culture "plantations", which are grown, delicious shellfish. The main attraction of the valley of Laspi is its unique nature. The valley is in fact rare mountain refuge from the whimsical Crimean climate, which disappeared many rare plants. On-site Laspistol valley is growing pyracantha bright red, butcher's broom, Cistus, Jasmine and close two dozen rare species of orchids and the rarest of them Compare Compare.
Unusual that there increases even a small grove of pine Stankevich (about 200 trees), which prerelase at Cape Batiliman, which in fact is a continuation Uspenskogo mountain array and heir of her unique and inimitable nature.
