How to make a submarine out of a regular pipe?

The majority of high school graduates going to do somewhere in the engineering profession, but few of them can boast such a portfolio, as an 18-year-old Justin Beckerman (Justin, Westhyp), which now includes including working submarine!

Three-meter drainage pipe became the casing that Justin has equipped communication system, illumination for undersea research, working engines, the respiratory system and ballast tanks that enable the submarine to submerge in a controlled manner.

Yet the young inventor plunged only to a depth of two meters, but he believes that no problems will be able to descend to depths of up to nine metres.
