Air conditioning can cause diseases tonsillitis and rheumatism

Air conditioning can alleviate your condition during the heat, but to use it you need to be very cautious. It is clear that the sharp drop in temperature can cause at best a sore throat or colds, and at worst – rheumatism, pneumonia or Legionnaires ' disease.

Since the air conditioner if it is not cleaned regularly (and it does almost none anywhere), is a storage of different pathogenic bacteria, and quite pathogenic. Better to endure the heat than to run such a risk.

If absolutely unbearable, stop your choice on the fan – also not a very good option, but at least there's microbial contamination, and the air flow isn't as powerful.
