What to do if you get burned in the sun?

In case of sunburns (which, of course, it is better to try to avoid), you need to have panthenol-based drugs in the home and holiday medicine cabinet - for example, in the form of a spray. They will give a calming, healing and regenerating effect. But to hope that any remedy in a day will eliminate the consequences of overdoing with the sun, naively - to regret, it is impossible, time must pass, and while the skin comes to itself, it is impossible to substitute it to the sun again. If a child is burned, it even makes sense to show it to the doctor.

Important: no burns, including sunburns, are not advised to smear with oil and fats - this slows down healing. You do not need to use special means such as sour cream and kefir: their calming effect is much more modest than can be obtained with pantenol, but the risk of skin infection exists.

So, having burned, you will have to be patient and, being weaned from beach pleasures, look for other treatments. This is especially true because most Russians have short vacations. Be careful when it comes to the sun.
