Botanical garden in Melbourne is considered the best example of modern landscape. Royal Botanic gardens The Аustralian Gаrden from architects Studio Tаylor Сullity Lеthlean and specialist botanist Paul Thompson named best in show World Architecture Festival 2013.





Melbourne Botanical garden consists of dvadcatiiy hectares of plantations in the South-East of the city, where was once a sand quarry. It is located among the buildings near the artificial lakes.





Just growing here more than 17 000 species of plants. As the authors of the project, they tried to unite in one space a special Australian flora and fauna by contemporary avant-garde graphics. In the end, came a huge figure, which harmoniously combines hundreds of different elements.
