Cranberry in sugar

Cooking time: 25 minutes + time to dry
Servings: 2

You will need:

Cranberries – 2 cups
Water – 2 cups
Sugar – 2 cups

How to cook:

1. Rinse cranberries and Pat dry. Put in a glass bowl.

2. Mix the water with sugar and heat in a saucepan. Keep stirring on medium heat until the sugar has dissolved. Do not boil!

3. Once the syrup has cooled pour over the cranberries. Close the bowl and refrigerate for 5 hours.

4. After the cranberries soaked, divide them into several small parts and roll the cranberries in sugar to coat.

5. Place coated cranberries on parchment paper and leave to dry for a few hours.

6. After the first drying roll again in sugar and leave to dry for another couple of hours. Put in a bowl and serve tea.
