Two components of emotional experience





In the modern world there is a large unconscious emotional charge that is periodically committed to be released via various social and climate events. Every man is more or less a native speaker of that charge and understanding of internal processes and working methods can significantly improve the life in many aspects.

A mismatch of expectations with what is the cause of emotions. When expectations are exaggerated, there is a reaction in the form of “negative” emotions, when low – positive. In General it is a measure of the inaccuracies in Genesis that is. The society is considered a “good” phenomenon, when an emotional person and it is encouraged (except negative symptoms), even considered that the person is “so alive” when emotional, but the fact remains one life – it is what it is. For a more practical approach is the following. Any emotional experience has two components: a story that creates this emotional experience and the energy behind that experience, the stream of sensations, accompany him.

We too often fall into the trap of our stories linked to our emotions, thereby enhancing the energy behind such experiences, and only complicate the problem. No intellectual approach will not be able to discharge the blocked energy flow underlying emotions and intense experiences. Therefore, intelligent approaches (endless conversations and complaints for example), are virtually useless in solving emotional problems.

If focus on energy, generating such experiences, it opens the opportunity for quick and deep emotional release. There are two types of ineffective emotions: emotions are preliminary and accumulated.

Pre-emotions are the result of our rigid expectations and attempts to forcibly cause the desired results. In addition, they arise from the morbid fantasies that will not work, as it will not work, as this all ends badly etc is a filter, a kind of sunglasses: everything that is seen, perceived in the same tone and colouring.

Accumulated emotions are all the emotions that are not fully lived in the past, which leads to the formation of stagnant blocked energy. This blocked energy is hidden delays and sabotages our life and fulfillment. Escape from the full stay of your emotions is very real and very positive consequences.

All emotions are valid energy. It's just energy that can't hurt us.

When we understand that all our emotions are in fact given to us as a gift, we will be able to relax and stop to avoid them or be lost in related stories, images and memories. We can accept them for what they are: as an energy.

We will not be able to complete the lesson, the underlying emotions, until, until:

  • will take full responsibility for your emotional state;
  • release your history and latent benefits in the form of a desire to feel his innocence;
  • unite with all the energy entirely.
Normally we tend to deny their own responsibility for their feelings in certain situations; instead, we blame others that they are to blame that we feel. But we consciously and unconsciously decide what to feel when faced with such situations. Until we take full responsibility for everything ingrained in us feelings, this accumulated and suppressed reservoir of conflicting energy will never be integrated, healed and dissolved.

But to accept and understand the energy underlying intense emotions, you need to let go of the story we hitched to this experience. In essence, this means to write as the thoughts, and the latent benefits from a sense of self-righteousness that often accompanies our habitual emotions. You can be right and happy. Only fully taking responsibility for one's own emotional States, as well as completely letting go of all the stories that we tell ourselves, we can fully accept and integrate the energy of the emotion.

The more the accumulated emotional charge, the more stress we will experience in life circumstances.

Takes a lot of energy to keep the repressed energy flow. In the end the accumulated energy spills over into the autonomic nervous system. This adds to stress and creates illness, addiction, impulsive behavior.

Avoid making emotion occurs unconsciously and is associated with the fear of the too great apparent intensity of these emotional States.

This is a very important point because it demonstrates that we either avoid the emotion, or fully identify and react automatically, like a machine. At an early age, before the advent of the skills of speaking, we could not fully assimilate these experiences and instinctively cut himself off from them. As a result, we not only chronically avoid similar experiences, but deeply identified with them, either consciously or unconsciously believing that they define us. And since we made this decision before he developed the ability to language, it was buried in the deepest recesses of our unconscious.

These incomplete emotional experiences continue to influence the development of our emotional brain, supporting the formation of neural connections that cause us to reproduce these experiences for as long as we do not get hidden in them lesson. And this happens only when we become full owners of their emotions, having gone through them completely and allow to bloom clarity, wisdom and intuition.

Through awareness blocked energy underlying the fragmented experiences, can be quickly dissolved its diverse manifestations in the form of unhelpful emotions and develop the ability to meet any stressful situation with wisdom and understanding.

The ability to fully accept your feelings without trying to avoid condemnation or identification with them is actually our innate ability. Higher consciousness and compassion allow us to detect the causes and to dissolve chaotic emotions. Another question, neither we nor our parents, are not taught how it can be done.
