Taste: homemade toffee
Homemade toffee as a child "Kitty".Try to cook with the children — it's easy, fun and delicious!
PRODUCTS FOR CANDY:
● Milk (melted) — 200 ml
● Sugar — 150-200 g
● Honey — 2 tbsp
● Butter — 30 g
● Vanilla — 1 Pacha.
Preparation:
In a bowl combine all ingredients and pour melted milk. Cook on medium heat for about 30 minutes, stirring constantly. The finished mixture should be thick, with a bright caramel color. To toffee turned out beautiful, I take molds for ice. They need a little grease with vegetable oil. Then pour the mass and put into the freezer for 30 minutes. Here they are, beauties, only that frost is the time to brew tea or flavored coffee and to call to the table.
