Buckwheat noodles with tomatoes, tofu and Basil

Ingredients:
Buckwheat noodle 230 g
Tofu 450 g
Olive oil 1,5 tablespoons
The tomatoes 680 g
Sesame oil, dark 2 teaspoons
Basil leaves chopped to taste
Curry powder 1 teaspoon
Sugar 1 tablespoon
Green onions 2 pieces
Soy sauce 2 tablespoons

Preparation:

1. Cook the noodles in plenty of boiling water until al dente.
2. Meanwhile, cut tofu in cubes 1 × 1 cm.
3. Heat oil in wide shallow pan.
4. Add tofu and fry on medium-high heat, until most of the sides will be Golden.
5. Add the tomatoes and cook until they begin to soften.
6. Combine cooked noodles and the mixture of tomatoes with tofu.
7. Add remaining components and mix well and serve.
For a more spicy version of this dish add dried hot red pepper flakes, or any kind of Asian hot sauce which you like. You can also add boiled asparagus (2-3 PCs), to decorate raw, cut size to match, carrot and zucchini, sesame seeds. published
