Since the client works in the field of IT-technologies, the main task of the architects was to organize in the main and the biggest room of the apartment of the system "smart house".

Of the most unusual ideas:

• the music pouring from the ceiling and controlled from your phone;
• air conditioning and ventilation installed in the ends of the ceilings of both rooms;
• the light that turns off automatically when the room is empty.

When planning the architects took into account the wishes of the customer and his demands for future housing: two standard areas, the kitchen and living room, added a third bar. He is at the window below during the aperitif you can enjoy the last rays of the sun.



The decoration used natural materials (wood, glass, linen, matting), and artificial (concrete). The bar is separated from the window of the concrete "veil" that seems to be flowing from the ceiling. The most remarkable part of the interior assembled a sketch of the architects of the rack. The primary function of storage, it also plays the role of a decorative element that does not weigh down the wall, filling her completely.





The color scheme of the interior the architects used natural shades of green and white; they are opposed to not existing in nature, and asphalt gray metallic color, and soften their hardness.



In lighting scenarios both rooms, the emphasis is on the natural option. Large panoramic Windows let in streams of light. If the apartment offers inspiring cityscape, this is the best solution, according to architects. For evening time choose spotlights to the ceiling and the floor lamp next to the sofa. When choosing furniture the authors of the interior was guided by the principle, formulated by one of the theorists of minimalism: "Less is more".
