She was so badly drawn that, according to Scott, should hang in a museum. Just not fine and contemporary art, and the Museum of Bad Art. But this did not exist, so antiquarian decided to create it himself.

So there was a Museum of Bad Art, which at first was only one exhibit, and the exhibition was held in the home of a friend of Scott.

"In almost every city of the world there is a museum dedicated to the best works of art, and our - one of a kind, dedicated to collecting and exhibiting works of the worst" - said co-founder and friend Jerry Scott Riley.
