This unusual house of 96 square meters. m studio designers NOEM designed for customers seeking as quickly as possible to enjoy the panoramic views of its site near Madrid, Spain.
The building is distinguished facade of polished metal, a large terrace and, most importantly, - the placing on the 4-meter height.
The building consists of three prefabricated modules, which were delivered to the construction site almost fully cooked.
Access to the house is carried out on the restored airplane ladder.
Housing is equipped with a system of "smart house" with the two tablets iPad, through which the customer can control the lighting, temperature, security, access and sound.
The total cycle time for the design and construction of this high-tech home was 14 weeks.
