Turtle, freed from the packaging of beer
In 1980, when the turtle named Peanut was a baby, she was stuck in a ring of plastic packaging for beer cans. Free it was only in 1993, when the garbage postponed irreparable imprint on the formation of its shell.
Since then, it took more than 20 years, and the bug is still alive, as a prime example of how human wastes affect wildlife.
