In Japan, struggling with obesity dramatically: for men and women set recommended maximum waist size, and if it exceeds the norm, the staff-volunteer force put on a diet. Underage girls, is showing signs of obesity, sent to special hospitals, where they engaged in physical exercise, eat right and even meditate.
