New HD-video satellite SkySat-1 Las Vegas in all its glory

As already mentioned Habré, now orbiting satellite Job SkySat-1 is the first of a whole network of satellites that can receive pictures with detail shot - up to 90 centimeters per pixel. The satellite is capable of producing videos in HD, not your old satellite photos.

Under the plan, the satellites should give the opportunity to receive a video surface of the planet with high resolution on request. Ie client requested survey area, payment via satellites gave a "picture". All this - private project.





It is planned to launch 24 satellites to cover the entire planet. The satellite weighs only 120 pounds, and its size is 60 * 60 * 90 cm.
