"Transparent hood" is part of the emerging technologies that will be showcased Land Rover for 2014 New York Auto Show. In addition to displaying the surface under the hood, the system also exhibits on display a number of parameters, including speed, tilt angle, roll angle, the position of the steering wheel and driving mode.

Such technology will be useful for the movement in the city. The manufacturer intends to further develop this technology to the level of augmented reality, the driver can see the space at 360 degrees around the vehicle.
