Complaints of pilots
After each flight, Qantas pilots fill us in a special form, the so-called list of complaints, which describe the problems encountered during the flight, and require removal. Engineers read the list of complaints and troubleshoot, and then at the bottom of the sheet write, what measures have been taken to the pilot to inquire about it before the next flight. Below are some really registered complaints from pilots on Qantas engineers and related reports on the measures taken. It should be noted that Qantas - it is the only airline among the many that has not happened yet not a single plane crash.
