Zhirinovsky gave Putin a folder with the dirt on Luzhkov Bashny.Net

Liberal Democratic Party leader Vladimir Zhirinovsky at a meeting of the State Duma passed the Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin folder in which, as he says, are compromising information about the Moscow government.
